Always a positive experience here. Only wish they were open at 9am on Saturday like the website shows.

I've been going to Sports Clips for several years but they just lost me as a customer. Went in during my lunch time today thinking I can get a quick cut and a bite to eat. I checked in when I got there and noticed only one person in the waiting room, cool. EXCEPT THAT - all the folks coming in after me checked in online and were in and out while I'm still waiting there. Turns out there were 8 before me and after 30 minutes of waiting I still had 4 to go. There was no indication when I checked in what the wait would be and none of the stylists bothered to acknowledge me or let me know it could be awhile, at least not until I asked and then they were full of information but it was way too little way too late. Honestly, a little heads up on the wait would have gone a long way to keeping a customer.

Shout out to Mari again!!! She is the bees 🐝 knees like I have mentioned before!! Where do I start...I nervously walked into the shop after not being there for over a month and the first two people that greeted me were Michelle and Mari. My hair cheated on Mari and her buzzers ☹️ and I felt so bad to deceive her like that. I felt the shame of having done so. My hair decided to be naughty 😈 and go with another barber💈 after seeing that Mari was off that day, so unwillingly I had to tag along. It was finally my turn and I didn’t think she could even stand to look at me. 😖😫 She called my name and gladly accepted me back even though my hair 💇🏽‍♂️cheated on her. She started ✂️cutting and I started to get a little anxious thinking to myself “at any moment she could snap and shave my head bald!” but luckily she didn’t. She cut my hair like a rockstar 🤩😎 as always and never even flinched at the fact that I hadn’t been there in over a month. Her confidence and loyalty to her customers showed at that very moment. She took me back without any spite as she cut my hair. Even though one may break her buzzers heart...she will not let them cry but oil them up, maintain them, and make them stronger!!! Overall I am sincerely grateful to her for being so loyal to me after cutting my hair for about 8 years now. Thank You Mari you are the BEST!!! My hair and I appreciate it all and the great work you and your team do! 🤩 Give her a raise, more hours, or whatever you have to do to not lose her as an employee!! THANKS AGAIN!! ✌🏽
